Also known as the Oregon Telephone Assistance Program, the program (1) reduces the cost of phone bills by up to $15.25 per month, (2) reduces the cost of broadband service by $19.25 per month, or (3) provides a free cell phone and data services.
Note: Federal and state regulations limit the Lifeline benefit to one disbursal per household for either phone or broadband service. Oregon residents on federally-recognized Tribal lands may qualify for an additional $25 discount per month.
