A Severe Weather Alert is in effect for Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Additional severe weather emergency shelters are available, in addition to existing winter shelters and other year-round services (listed below).
During periods of extreme cold weather, 211info partners with Multnomah County to share resource information and provide transportation options.
Anyone seeking shelter or transportation options to shelter: Call 211
- 211info staff are available 24/7 to identify shelters, warming centers, and review transportation options for Multnomah County.
- TriMet will not turn away anyone traveling to or from a warming space who cannot afford to pay fare. TriMet asks riders to let their driver know they are headed to a warming space.

No one seeking shelter will be turned away. All sites welcome pets and are accessible to people with disabling conditions. Free transportation to warming shelters will be available by calling 211 or through TriMet.

Serves: Adults with minor children under the age of 18 or in the third trimester of pregnancy. All household members must be present when arriving at the shelter for intake.

Hours: 7 days per week 9 pm-6 am; Sunday, November 3, 2024-Monday, March 31, 2025
Intake for new guests: 8:30 pm-9 pm
Intake for existing guests: 8:30 pm-10 pm
Phone hours to check availability: 9 am-5 pm
Serves: Adults age 18 and older with the ability to get up and down from mats on the floor without assistance; service animals allowed
