Provides low-cost housing to men and women in the early stages of sobriety who are in transition to the next level of recovery.

Offers short-term housing for individuals transitioning to or from inpatient care or in between housing. Criteria is a housing plan in place within 30 days. There is no cost for the resident. Mentor support is offered.

Provides faith-based housing for men for up to 24 months who are in recovery and wish to live clean and sober. Services provided to clients include case management, work force development, assistance with getting ID, and overcoming other barriers to stability.

Provides housing and support services including housing linked to employment, fair market, low-income housing, and Section 8 housing. Also provides Grant and Per Diem veteran transitional housing.

Provides transitional housing. Clients will be offered access to case management services; medical, dental, and substance abuse treatments; courses on life, career, computer, health, cooking, nutrition, and communication; and overcoming barriers to acquiring permanent housing. Must agree to be clean and sober for the duration of their stay.

Provides an 18 month long faith-based recovery program. Residents are provided with case management, mental health supports, vocational support, recovery supports, and life skills classes. Residents must remain clean and sober for the duration of the program and will be subject to urinalysis testing.

Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager. Can provide information and referral about identification replacement, schooling, and job placement services. Also offers assistance with applying for health insurance.

Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, coping with addiction, those who are in crisis, and/or those who are re-entering the community from incarceration. Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance. Once admitted to the emergency shelter, clients can use the space 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for 30 days, with an option for a long term reentry program.

Offers housing for formerly incarcerated people and people who are in recovery programs and their families.
