211info's Maternal and Child Health Program provides specialized information, referral, and follow-up services to individuals and family members of all genders covering needs and questions related to pregnancy, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and women's health across the life span, including resources for women with breast cancer.

Provides primary pediatric care. Services include well baby and child checkups, physical exams, acute care (flu, infection, wound care), chronic care (asthma, allergies, diabetes), pelvic and Pap exams, contraception, sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment, and immunizations.

Provides developmental screening, referrals to educational and community resources, learning opportunities, connects children with other Black children, and supports parents as they help children learn and grow.

Offers services and support to families with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities or experiencing developmental delays. Services include home visits, parent-toddler groups, structured classes, direct therapy, help developing an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), and information and connection to community resources.

Innovative Services NW Pediatric Therapy provides an array of services to children with special needs including occupational, physical, and speech therapy, and special instruction and multi-disciplinary evaluations. They provide Early Intervention services for children who qualify for early intervention services, and also offer private therapy services at the clinic for children and youth. Additional specialties include feeding therapy, orthotics clinic, therapeutic listening, incontinence therapy, sensory-based therapy, special needs equipment fitting, multi-disciplinary evaluations, and intensive physical therapy.

Offers in home parent education, child developmental screenings and support services to adolescent parents. Utilizes the "Parents as Teachers (PAT)" curriculum

Aims to help children and families learn skills for healthy living and relationships. Services include mental health assessment and evaluation, counseling (individual, couples, family, and group), case management, cultural groups and activities, Native parenting classes, foster parent groups, access to physical health services, Healthy Native Kids (OHP/CHIPRA) insurance assistance, and wraparound care for Native youth with multiple needs. Referrals to other resources provided.

Staff receive training on cultural competence to provide cultural programming for clients. Staff includes Master's-level counselors and social workers, certified alcohol and drug counselors (CADC), psychologists and child psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. Student interns studying to become CADCs or counselors may also work under supervision of licensed staff. The program is certified by the State of Oregon to provide mental health and addiction treatment services for all ages.

Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center (OR F2F HIC) operates a call-in center for family members of children and youth with special needs and chronic health conditions (developmental and emotional disabilities, behavioral problems, and chronic physical illnesses) and professionals who serve them. The center specializes in providing information and resources related to health information, health care access, and special needs systems and supports. All calls are confidential.

Families may also request to be placed on an email list to receive monthly correspondence about issues of importance to children and youth with special needs in Oregon.

Confidential website where parents and primary caregivers can check a child's development by completing an online Questionnaire. No personal identifying information is required to use. Child's results letter, completed questionnaire, learning activities, follow-up, parenting materials, and community resources available via email or download.

The site also provides list of contacts for Oregon Early Intervention Providers and a Developmental Screening Toolkit for providers who support parents to screen a child's development.

Provides developmental monitoring for infants and toddlers. The agency mails or emails a developmental survey to families and if a child is considered to have a developmental delay, an evaluation will be scheduled with the family.

Provides family support and parent education. Advocates visit families to provide support and child guidance. Parent Educators use the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based home visiting curriculum to support developmentally appropriate activities and information about development, as well as answer parent questions or concerns. Other services offered include developmental screenings, play and learn groups, family fun nights, resource networking, and "Welcome Baby Baskets" for families of newborns, including free diapers on an emergency basis.

Provides developmental screening services for children who have disabilities and/or developmental delays. Families are provided with a Family Resource Coordinator who will help to develop an individualized Family Service Plan.

Provides information and eligibility for food, health, and child development programs. Services include SNAP (food stamps), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), food pantries, summer meal sites, the Family Planning Only birth control program, developmental screenings, and pregnancy and breastfeeding support.

Also connects parents with resources like parenting classes, home visiting, Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT), ASQ developmental screenings, and support for children with special health needs. A navigator program assists with health insurance applications through Washington Healthplanfinder, including Apple Health options and Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), and can help determine eligibility for tax credits.
