Outpatient mental health counseling via individual, couple or family appointments. Staff are trained in DBT skills, mindfulness, EMDR, eating disorders, as well as addictions, PTSD, relaxation techniques, grief and loss, and anxiety and mood disorders. Computer-assisted Neurofeedback training for focus, concentration, and emotion regulation. Coordination with a mental health nurse practitioner for medication management as needed.
