Offers a safe and compassionate care to support stabilization. On average, youth are discharged within three weeks of admission. Prior to discharge, provides a nurturing and empowering environment for youth to recover, reflect, and build skills essential to thriving and promotes overall well-being, and fosters growth. Services Provided Psychiatric evaluation and medication management by a psychiatrist Individual therapy twice weekly Family therapy twice weekly Skill-building groups Daily therapeutic arts activities, including visual arts, music, and movement Daily indoor and outdoor recreation opportunities. Continued school enrollment and classes through Multnomah Education Service District Access to primary assessment by our Nurse Practitioners, as needed Rapid access to psychological testing,

Provides closely integrated education and treatment services for youth and their families. Mental health and teaching staff help children learn to cope with their mental, behavioral and academic challenges, and work with parents to help them respond effectively to their children. Also offers outpatient services, community skills training, wraparound support, peer and family support.

Provides respite and residential care and treatment for adults experiencing emotional and mental health crisis.

Provides safe environment as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. Services include creating recovery plans, one-on-one group support sessions, substance use disorder and mental health evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, and connection to community resources. This is a voluntary program. The triage center includes 8 chairs for stays less than 24 hours and the stabilization center includes sixteen beds for 5-7 day stays.

Provides treatment for individuals who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency and who may have co-occurring disorders.

The Crisis Response Program provides support when a child is experiencing a mental health crisis. A call to a crisis worker will provide assistance and referrals to help stabilize the situation and create a short-term plan. If a more intensive intervention is needed, a crisis response team can provide services on-site. A team may seek authorization for a brief, voluntary crisis care placement, approved by the parent.
