Provides resources for social activities geared towards individuals in recovery, in addition to assistance with resume building, smoking cessation, and access to support groups revolving around such topics as substance use issues and parenting.

Provides a place for people to take showers, do laundry, access case management services, and otherwise be indoors.

Offers access to care and case management services providing assistance with such services as SNAP enrollment, 12 step meetings, mental health and substance use assessments, cognitive therapy, finding employment and/or housing, parenting class referrals, GED courses, and hygiene items. Also offers on-site distribution and training in usage of Naloxone.

Drop-in center providing a space to socialize, have coffee and snacks, receive mail, phone charging, employment support, information from local health and social organizations, and counseling. Provides assistance with acquiring clothing and shoes; personal hygiene items; medical and dental fees/services; and can assist with transportation needs. Also offers navigation services such applying for SNAP; completing, obtaining, or replacing official documents like driver's license and birth certificates; access to health providers; housing assistance wait lists; and obtaining a GED.

Provides a safe and supportive space for young adults. Services during drop-in hours include: computers and wifi, charging stations for devices, games, music, movies, laundry, information on social services, coffee and snacks, and a quiet corner with activities.

Drop-in center for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include hot breakfasts and lunches, access to phones, a mail drop, computers with internet access, TV, VCR, clothing, shower, and hygiene supplies. Clients have access to washer, dryer, massage, acupuncture, foot care, and haircuts by signup. Recreational activities include art therapy, games, and other activities. Our Daily Bread Express program delivers meals directly to those who are homebound with HIV.

Provides meals, clothing, laundry, personal hygiene items, showers, job training classes, mentoring programs, referrals to other resources, and access to telephone and computer services. For the winter season, offering tents, sleeping bags, and blankets.

Offers a drop-in resource center providing one-time financial assistance for rent and utilities; mailboxes, hygiene kits, a birth certificate program, Veterans services and resource navigation for community members who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Also offers housing assessments for ARCHES housing program.

All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites. This is the drop-in site.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill-building.

-Transitional Living Program (TLP): TLP is a multi-phase program for enrolled young adults, ages 18 - 24, limiting 14 participants at one time. Those enrolled in TLP stay in our 14-bed overnight shelter and access our staff and resources 24 hours a day. Each works with our Case Managers to set and accomplish their health, housing, education, and employment goals.

Rahab's Sisters is a community space open to all women, trans, and nonbinary people.

Provides food, clothing, diapers, showers, hygiene items, pet food, laundry facilities, bus fare, and temporary mailing addresses. Advocates are available to help connect individuals to community resources. Offers limited financial assistance in obtaining ID, storage fees, utility and phone bills, and rental applications. Also, provides outdoor gear when available. No overnight shelter or rental assistance.

Provides support for survivors of past and present sexual assault, abuse, and harassment and for friends and family of survivors. Services include a crisis line, medical response and legal advocacy, support groups, peer support, community education and outreach for prevention, and information and referral. All services are confidential.

Provides a space for community members to visit, hang out, and fellowship while enjoying coffee and pastries.

Offers a day center, domestic and sexual violence advocacy, culturally specific LGBTQ2+ and Latinx services, relocation assistance, transportation to a safe location, accompaniment to medical or forensic exams, assistance applying for Crime Victims Compensation, and information and referral to community agencies.
Provides educational programs for both youth and adults. These programs focus on raising awareness about the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence, understanding trauma, and promoting prevention strategies within the community.

Provides information about internal programs, one-on-one resource navigation, workforce navigation (resumes, job search, and more), COVID-19, and flu vaccines, depending on availability and on-site usage of iPads. Is a host site for Multnomah County Access Attorney Program office hours (victim advocacy, system navigation, and general information).

Provides a drop in day room. Services provided OHP navigation, onsite mental and physical health services with a focus on treatment plans, diagnoses, and primary physician care.

Provides a drop-in center with access to academic supports, mental health supports, employment assistance, after-school activities, food such as snacks and staple items, clothing, hygiene supplies, and information and referral relating to in-house shelter services.
