Provides behavioral health services, including treatment for depression, loss, trauma, anxiety, phobia, stress, family problems, substance abuse or addiction and other behavioral or psychiatric health problems. Services include: individual, family, and group counseling, psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, psychiatric consultation, psychological testing and assistance in accessing community resources. Also provides level 1 alcohol and drug treatment services.

Provides comprehensive physical, mental, and dental care services. Services include general exams, well-child exams, immunizations, care for illness or infections, prenatal care, comprehensive dental services, and counseling and drug and alcohol treatment services.
