Offers an LGBTQIA2S+ cultural competency training that can be tailored to meet the needs of the organization. The comprehensive base training, “Creating LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming and Equitable Spaces,” covers many possible topics including unpacking the gender binary, examining systems of oppression that disproportionately impact transgender/gender expansive folks, interrupting oppression, navigating names/pronouns, etc. Also specializes in educator/school administration trainings that fold in ODE guidance/standards, foster parent/organization trainings, and trainings for organizations supporting houseless folks.
