Provides interpretation and translation services for over 150 languages; in-person and remote services. Documents are accepted by email, fax, or drop-off.

Provides basic needs services including transportation, language interpretation, assistance filling out forms (e.g. W-2s, job applications, rental forms and appointments with other agencies), navigation and enrollment for the Oregon Health Plan, assistance with documentation of discrimination, discussion about issues that may be affecting the Latinx community, as well as possible assistance to families during emergency situations in addition to wraparound support. Also provides information about workshops for leadership training, financial literacy, and civic engagement.

Provides a support line for Chinese community members in crisis situations, including being a victim of a crime, being lost in the streets, receiving an eviction notice, experiencing depression and needing to talk with someone, or needing interpretation services. The support line is for urgent situation only. In most cases, the support will be provided remotely.

Connects community members to resources in the area and to bilingual and bicultural staff at other agencies and organizations.

Assists non-English and limited English speaking persons to find the help they need. Provides translation and interpretation services to assist individuals with appointments, phone calls, paperwork, and referrals. Basic information regarding local, state, and national refugee and immigration programs is also available.
