Provides a resource and service center which includes an ASL/deaf culture resource library, special equipment store, public video phone, internet and computer access, events, workshops, presentations, and a monthly legal clinic.

Also offers a variety of services through their community programs, including deaf senior citizen social groups, education and training, business meetings, ASL classes, craft classes, workshops, and case management which includes advocacy, communication assistance, peer counseling, and housing assistance.
