Assists immigrant, refugee, and community members to overcome barriers in seeking physical and mental health services by providing support and navigating resources. Provides information and assistance with applying for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), individual counseling and mentoring, as well as peer-to-peer support. Group nutritional and exercise classes are also available. Provides personal hygiene products and will occasionally provide clothing when available.
