Responds to the needs of houseless ex-offenders through safe housing programs, medical and mental care, addiction treatment, and other vital supports.

Offers access to care and case management services providing assistance with such services as SNAP enrollment, 12 step meetings, mental health and substance use assessments, cognitive therapy, finding employment and/or housing, parenting class referrals, GED courses, and hygiene items. Also offers on-site distribution and training in usage of Naloxone.

Offers transitional housing and sober living facilities. Clients must remain clean and sober for the duration of their stay.

Assists with criminal record and eviction expungement, job development, workplace training, financial literacy, felony rights, and reentry training focusing on the African American and BIPOC community. May be able to provide program participants with supplies such as personal protective equipment and a desktop computer.

Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager. Can provide information and referral about identification replacement, schooling, and job placement services. Also offers assistance with applying for health insurance.

Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, coping with addiction, those who are in crisis, and/or those who are re-entering the community from incarceration. Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance. Once admitted to the emergency shelter, clients can use the space 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for 30 days, with an option for a long term reentry program.

Provides job training, individualized career and life coaching, personal finance and life skills education, job placement, and work experience opportunities. Works with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program. Also provides job placement and support for ex-offenders in addition to a welfare to work program.

Provides integrated and holistic outpatient alcohol and drug (A&D) services, co-occurring disorder services, services for DUI offenders, gambling treatment, mental health counseling, and cultural activities. Cultural and spiritual health are core elements of service planning.

Participants are placed according to American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) level of care criteria and participate at the least-intrusive level thought to be effective. Co-occurring services are delivered simultaneously with substance use disorder services and include individualized integrated bio/psycho/social/spiritual assessments, individual and group therapy, and safety and crisis planning. Provides referrals to community partners for medication management and persistent mental health issues that the agency is not specialized in providing.

Staff work with community partners to help participants involved with drug court/criminal justice systems, DHS, veterans court, tribal courts and social service systems, federal courts, etc., with re-entry, addressing barriers to housing, employment, education, stigma, and broken trust with family and community. Provides assessments for risk of recidivism, Rent Well classes, life skills groups that address employment and education readiness, parenting classes, navigation of community resources, and service/volunteer opportunities.

Resource Center for people transitioning from incarceration back to the community, who are currently on probation/parole supervision, or otherwise impacted by the criminal justice system. Weekly legal clinic where volunteers offer consultation on civil legal matters. Weekly assistance in applying for health insurance through Cover Oregon. They also provide classes and workshops for ex-offenders on topics such as parenting, personal finance, tenant readiness, and motivation. Provide consultation, information and referral specifically for persons and family members impacted by incarceration or involvement in the criminal justice system. A computer lab is available for computer tutoring, GED preparation, job search and other purposes.

Provides comprehensive employment services for post-incarcerated individuals and individuals with a criminal record. Services include resume and cover letter support, interviewing practice, networking and referrals to potential employers, and job placement. Individual and peer mentoring groups and navigation of community resources is available on a case by case, limited basis.

Provides assistance in training and job placement, support services for obtaining work clothing, tools, and boots, assistance in obtaining SNAP/OHP/housing, specialized information and referral, and referrals to services relating to health care and substance abuse issues. Also provides access to computers, phones, and mailboxes.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services to individuals released in Lane County from Oregon State Prison or the local jail, and currently on correctional supervision in Lane County. Average length of program is 60-90 days. Services in addition to housing include: case management; behavioral health; drug and alcohol treatment; as well as assistance with clothing, ID, bus passes/bicycles, employment search, and finding long-term housing. Specialized services available for veterans.

Provides employment, housing and resource support to individuals with conviction histories. Services include job counseling, interview preparation support, and educational workshops on resume writing, saving and budgeting, and job/housing search strategies. Also provides assistance preparing educational and financial aid applications, housing packets/applications, and other supports to help individuals with conviction histories overcome barriers to employment and housing access.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services to individuals released in Lane County from Oregon State Prison or the local jail, and currently on correctional supervision in Lane County. Average length of program is 90-120 days. Services in addition to housing include: case management; behavioral health; drug and alcohol treatment; as well as assistance with clothing, ID, bus passes/bicycles, employment search, and finding long-term housing.

Provides transitional housing for men returning to the community from incarceration. Other services include faith-based guidance, case management, job readiness training and placement assistance, life skills classes, relapse prevention, and mental health supports. Inviduals who have completed the program may be referred to long term housing re-entry services.

A collaborative transition program that increases public safety by meeting the developmental and transitional needs of young men who are returning to the community after incarceration. Provides:
-State Prison Transition Services for 6 months pre-release
-Local Jail Transition Services for 3-6 months pre-release
-Community-Based Services for 1 year post prison or jail
-Gang Intervention Services for identified gang members and their families

Offers faith-based re-entry support to people recently released from a correctional facility. Services include re-entry/transitional housing and essential needs like food and clothing. Also provides general employment assistance and mentoring.
