Provides civil legal aid and advocacy, can not assist with criminal law cases. The Center is organized into specialty units: Housing/Consumer Unit, Income Maintenance Unit, Employment/Individual Rights Unit (Immigration Law Project, Protecting Our Veterans, and Public Guardian Program), and Family Unit.

The Center works to ensure that clients gain access to resources to meet their basic needs for food, sustainable shelter, clothing, medical care, and income maintenance. As well as clients' freedom from domestic violence and citizenship enfranchisement related to the naturalization process and helps with family-based immigration.

Advice clinics offer one-on-one appointments with a volunteer attorney for civil law matters only. Topics include family law (custody, visitation, divorce, guardianship, etc.), elder law, general law, debt/bankruptcy (Chapter 7 only), and wills/estates. Clinics are held weekly and monthly.
