NATIVE AMERICAN PROGRAM
Provides a nonprofit law office providing civil legal services to Indian tribes, Native organizations, and individual Native people for issues involving Indian law or tribal law or otherwise related to client's status as a tribal member. Does not handle domestic relations or housing matters (these types of cases are referred to local Legal Aid offices). Does not accept cases against Indian tribes.

Current case priority categories include access to tribal courts, tribal court enhancement, protection of tribal sovereignty and self-government, Indian Child Welfare Act issues, tribal enrollment, issues involving trust land and resources, educational issues, health care issues, probate and estate planning, public benefits (where impacted by an applicant/recipient's Indian status), and domestic violence.
Eligibility: Indian tribes and groups, and Native individuals. Must meet low-income eligibility requirements.

NATIVE AMERICAN YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER
HEALTH EQUITY
Assists in navigation of services connecting the community to resources to address social determinants of health and provide culturally appropriate health education. Services offered include health insurance, WIC, and SNAP enrollment; health education and information on chronic conditions, infectious diseases, COVID-19, etc.; access to traditional food and medicine through the NAYA community garden, cooking classes, workshops, and in-person activities; mental health supports; tobacco cessation; and referrals to partner organizations.
