Offers help to manage the transition to adulthood. Guides an "Options Plan" that focuses on three life areas: Housing, Education, and Employment. Provides case management to get connected to community resources, help with vocational assessment, resumes, job searches, job retention counseling, job development, job coaching, FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and scholarship applications. Participants can attend peer activities and groups, community events, and mental health therapy.
