Provides housekeeping assistance, transportation, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, medications, and end-of-life care. Consultation regarding placement choices when needed. Assists with non-emergent air and automobile transportation across the country. Also provides geriatric RN care management.

Community meals are offered in Bandon, Brookings, Coos Bay, North Bend, Coquille, Gold Beach, Myrtle Point, and at the Lakeside Senior Center. Also provides information and referral to other services.

Provides personal care to individuals so they may remain independent in their homes. Offers contracted chore services, personal care (hygiene), respite care, home health care, friendly visiting and can provide Lifeline Personal Emergency Response units (PERS).

Statewide program that helps older adults and people with dementia live at home as safely and independently as possible. Clackamas County Community Action's OPI program helps with:
-Personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.)
-Housekeeping
-Respite care (providing a break for caregivers)
-Shopping
-Transportation

Provides volunteers to assist older adults and adults with disabilities. Can help with shopping, providing rides, and companionship. The program supports independence through shared activities, transportation, and companionship. Senior Companions also provide short periods of relief to primary caregivers.

Volunteer opportunities available. If income-eligible, Senior Companion volunteers may receive a small stipend plus mileage reimbursement.
