Homeless drop-in center for youth providing laundry facilities, phone use, temporary mailing address, and showers. Provides meals every weekday. Also provides street outreach, case management, mental health counseling, education, and assistance finding housing. Eligible youth will be added to a central housing referral list for all programs they qualify for.

MASLOW PROJECT
Provides resources and support for homeless youth and their families by working in schools and in the community and operating a drop in center that helps with basic needs. Drop-in center services include a food pantry, personal hygiene supplies, diapers, baby formula, sleeping bags/bedding/tents, dog/cat food laundry facilities, computers for schoolwork/job searching, youth counseling, harm reduction workshops, art therapy, advocacy, case management, temporary mailing addresses and referrals to other community resources.

-Any other unsafe/dangerous living situation

If someone does not qualify, staff will work to find another community resource that would be a better fit.

HOMELESS YOUTH SERVICES
Works to re-engage homeless and at-risk youth with positive adult relationships and role models to increase stability in their lives. Connects youth with intensive case management, culturally appropriate services with the local Native community or other cultural communities, community mentors, neighborhood resources, mental health and alcohol/drug services, educational and employment support services, an on-site clothing closet and food pantry, and on-site and mobile screening for shelter and other safety services.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SHELTER
Provides youth in crisis with a place for physical and emotional safety while assisting them in developing life skills that will enable them to make positive contributions in their communities. Space is limited to 10 youth at a time.

Family reunification services are also available. Contracts with Wasco County Youth Services (WCYS) to offer community workshops for adults interested in additional support raising pre-teens and teens.
