Eligibility:
Requirements vary by available funding. In general, applicants
must:
-Have the ability to sustain living expenses without assistance in the near future
-Meet income guidelines and other requirements for available funding
-Meet HUD’s definition of homeless or at risk of homelessness
-Be willing to participate in case management

application process is required and will be discussed at time of
appointment. Assistance is not immediate.
