OREGON SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM
Supports people with developmental disabilities in 24-hour residential settings and provides supported living services for people who live independently. Staff help create supportive home environments that foster individual growth and independence while maximizing health and safety. Offers assistance with banking, budgeting, medical care, bill paying, community inclusion, etc. Residential homes are located throughout the Eugene-Springfield area.

Eligibility: Age 18 and older with developmental disabilities that are eligible for public funding. Clients are either referred by the state, Lane County Developmental Disabilities Division, Full Access or Mentor Oregon (service brokerages), or by friends, family, or self-referral for those with the ability to privately pay for services.
