COMMUNITY CONNECTORS PROGRAM
Provides a program that recruits, and trains Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and then helps match them to children, youth, and adults who may need support. The DSP then work one-on-one with children, youth, and adults on skill-building and inclusion services, both in the home and in the community.
