Offers affordable repair services to qualified homeowners. Can provide exterior-only improvements, repairs, and accessibility, including painting. No roof repair, weatherization services, or tree removal (only minor overgrown brush removal).

Eligibility: Applicants must live in and own the home, meet income guidelines, be current on mortgage payments, have homeowner's insurance, have the ability to pay a portion of the repair and permits, and be willing to partner with Habitat by completing sweat equity.

FEES: No application fees. Habitat and sponsors provide initial financing for the projects. Homeowners make monthly payments on a 0%-interest, no-profit loan, which helps extend the program to others.

AREA SERVED: Central and Southern Lane County (Cities of Cottage Grove, Creswell, Elmira, Eugene, Springfield, and Veneta and other outlying areas). Does not serve Cities of Harrisburg, Junction City, or Monroe.
