Provides comprehensive vocational services to individuals with barriers to employment. Offers vocational evaluation and counseling, work and skills training, job preparation, supported employment, placement, and follow-along support services to disabled/disadvantaged individuals. Provides training for office, production, e-commerce, and retail sales occupations.

Jobs Connections also administers SNAP Training & Employment Partnership (STEP) which provides job search training and support, vocational training, work experience opportunities, job retention and support services to individuals receiving SNAP that are eligible for SNAP Employment & Training.
