Provides a critical safety net by strengthening and empowering youth (ages 0-25) who are experiencing a disability or a suspected disability and their families. Dedicated staff helps youth and families understand, access, and coordinate services and supports.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. Parent or legal guardian is screened for program eligibility over the phone and depending on program either completes intake over the phone, given information on how to apply for our other programs or given outside resources.
