INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in or call on the first business day of the month to be put on a waitlist. Calls are returned by the Housing Coordinator as quickly as possible to see if there are any program openings for which the caller may be eligible.

DOCUMENTS: -Documentation of all sources of income for the last 30 days. This can include employment paystubs, verification of cash payments for employment, SSI, TANF, or other benefit letters, alimony payments, etc.
-Notices, letters, or other documentation that shows arrears, late payments, or additional proof of risk of homelessness.
-Active ID to verify identification and residency
