Provides emergency assistance, information, and referrals to help households access specialized services and mainstream benefits. Services include clothing, diapers, personal hygiene products, prescription assistance, and local transit single ride bus passes (bus passes can be requested twice per month per availability). Also provides assistance completing forms to obtain ID and birth certificates, and may be able to provide payment assistance.
