Eligibility:
Young adults age 18-21, who:
-Are in DHS custody, receiving voluntary services, or are homeless
-Want to finish high school, obtain a GED, enroll in further education, or gain employment
-Can meet weekly with a Transition Navigator
-Can attend regularly scheduled skill building groups monthly
