EARLY ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT ALLIANCE
Network of programs focused on providing rapid identification, support, assessment, and treatment for teenagers and young adults experiencing early signs of psychosis. Designed as a transitional program, approximately 2 years in duration, with the goal of providing the education and resources the person needs to be successful long-term. Services include medication and medication monitoring, individual and group counseling, multi-family groups, occupational therapy, family education and support, vocational training, life skills coaching, 24/7 crisis services, links to community resources, and education about psychosis. Works closely with family members and others who are supportive of the individual to help them succeed.

Eligibility: Ages 12-25 who have had a first episode of psychosis within the last 12 months or who are experiencing early at-risk symptoms for psychosis and their families

FEES: CBH is primarily contracted to serve people with Oregon Health Plan/Columbia Pacific CCO, Oregon Medicaid, and Moda insurance. Our DUII and mandated substance use disorder programs operate on a sliding scale based on income. Some programs have limited grant funding that does not rely on insurance payment
