INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call the intake number to request an application. Calls are processed first-come, first-served. It is strongly advised that households approved for assistance continue paying utility bills until the credit from energy assistance appears on the statement.

DOCUMENTS: -Completed and signed YCAP Program Services Application (account holder signature preferred)
-Copies of Social Security cards from all household members
-Documentation of earned income for household members over age 18 and not attending high school, for either the past 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months (pay stubs, child support, unemployment, etc.)
-Current year documentation of any Social Security awards received in the household
-An original or a copy of all most recent heating and utility bill(s) utilized in the household clearly showing account number, service address, and account holder name (direct purchase receipts for wood require a date, listed amount, vendor name, and address)

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Dustin Court is a cul-de-sac that was created for the YCAP building, so many GPS systems do not show this road. Enter "2170 NE Riverside Drive, McMinnville, OR" into a GPS system to get close to the building and from there, it is obvious where the YCAP building is.

Without a GPS system: Turn onto SE Riverside Drive from SE Lafayette Road. Once on Riverside Drive, the building is about 200 yards down on the left.
