NUTRITION EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Provides nutrition education to families with limited incomes. Teaches individuals and families how to shop for healthy food on a limited income. Topics of instruction include healthy cooking techniques, saving money at the grocery store, being active, and planning meals.

Not Me: Diabetes Prevention Program is a 16-week lifestyle change program that supports people in making changes to reduce their risk for type 2 diabetes. Participants work toward losing modest amounts of weight by decreasing fat and calorie intake and participating regularly in physical activity.
