Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as Tuberculosis screening. Influenza (Flu) vaccines are provided to children and adults who are uninsured or underinsured as the vaccine becomes available each season.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and to schedule an appointment
FEES: OHP, private insurance, and sliding scale fees. No child will be turned away for inability to pay for vaccinations.
