UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides payment assistance for utility bills from Portland General Electric, NW Natural Gas, Hillsboro Utility, Sherwood Utility, and HiLight Bridge Internet until funding is exhausted for the year. For PGE and NW Natural bills: offers one-time emergency assistance up to $399. For Hillsboro Utility: offers assistance one to two times per 12-month period up to $250. Assistance is not guaranteed and subject to available funds.
