THE CLARK CENTER
The Clark Center is a 90-bed short-term, housing-focused residential program. The program provides case management, life and job skills training, and support services and provides dedicated beds to men involved in the Multnomah County community justice system. Stays are generally 4-6 months long. Program participants are expected to abstain from drugs and alcohol during their stay.

Eligibility: Men age 18 and older. Abstinence from alcohol and drugs is expected of residents; random breathalyzer and urinalysis testing conducted.
Hours: Shelter: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
Resource Center: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; service intakes end 15 minutes before close

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website to fill out an online Shelter Access Pre-Screening Form or walk in to the Resource Center. Average wait can be a few months. To stay on the waitlist, people must check in once a week.
