PEER-TO-PEER CLASS
Educational program for adults living with mental health challenges who want to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery. Class meets for 8 weekly sessions, 2.5 hour educational program; taught by trained peer leaders with lived experience; create a personalized relapse prevention plan; understand the impact of mental health symptoms on your life; develop confidence for making decisions and reducing stress; learn skills to advocate for yourself and how to interact with others.
