Eligibility: Child Abuse:
-Ages 0-18 and unmarried
-Age 21 and younger residing in or receiving care or services at a child care agency

Adult Abuse:
-Age 18-64 with a physical disability, an intellectual or developmental disability, or a mental health condition
-Age 65 and older (age 60 and older for Multnomah County only)
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
