HEALTH, OUTREACH, SHELTER, AND TRANSITIONS PROGRAM
HOST RESOURCE CENTER
All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites. This is the drop-in site.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill-building.

-Transitional Living Program (TLP): TLP is a multi-phase program for enrolled young adults, ages 18 - 24, limiting 14 participants at one time. Those enrolled in TLP stay in our 14-bed overnight shelter and access our staff and resources 24 hours a day.
