Staff attorneys will often help a caller by preparing court papers, negotiating and advocating on their behalf. Advises and assists with family law (divorce, separation, custody, child support), housing issues, foreclosure, evictions, access to government benefits, access to medical care and benefits, education rights, employment issues (primarily for agricultural workers), and consumer related issues (bankruptcy, debt collections, fraud).

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Call or visit website for more information. Eligible clients will
speak to a lawyer or paralegal that will provide advice, brief
assistance, and/or referral to a local field office for in-person
assistance if needed and available.
