Gorge Youth Mentoring (GYM) recruits, screens, trains, and supports volunteer adult mentors for children and teens. Mentors offer friendship and support with the goal of helping youth perform better in school and making them less likely to use drugs or turn to violence to solve problems. Matches mentors with youth in their own community.
