EARLY ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT ALLIANCE
Provides a network of programs focused on rapid identification, support, assessment, and treatment for teenagers and young adults who are experiencing the early signs of psychosis. Designed as a transitional program, approximately 2 years in duration, to provide the education and resources the person needs to be successful in the long term. Services include medication and medication monitoring, individual and group counseling, multi-family groups, occupational therapy, family education and support, vocational training, life-skills coaching, 24/7 crisis services, links to community resources, and education about psychosis. Also works closely with supportive family members and friends to help individuals succeed.

Eligibility: -Ages 12-25 (at time of enrollment)
-Have experienced (or beginning to experience) a first episode of psychosis within the last 12 months
-Have symptoms of psychosis that are not known to be caused by substance use, mood disorder, trauma and/or a known medical condition
Hours: Crisis Line: 24 hours per day / 7 days a week
