PORTLAND ELECTRIC WAYS TO WORK
Provides assistance with accessing financing to purchase electric vehicles (EV's), plug-in electric hybrid (PHEVs), hybrid cars, and electric bikes (E-bikes). For eligible participants, there is an incentive towards the purchase of a vehicle: $5,000 off an electric vehicle, $4,000 off a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, $3,000 off a hybrid vehicle, $500 off an electric bike. Participants continue to receive financial education on budgeting, credit, debt, saving, and support for meeting financial goals.

-80% or under the Area Median Income (AMI)
-Have an Oregon driver’s license
-Must have stable housing
-Be employed for at least 30 hours a week for 6 months continuously before applying
-Have reliable savings to successfully make monthly auto loan and full-coverage insurance payments
