Provides legal services for immigration issues such as family visa petitions, permanent residency, citizenship applications, consular processing, representation in front of USCIS (formerly INS), renewal of work permits or resident cards, asylum, and defense against removal (deportation). Also provides assistance in obtaining U and T Visa.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Individuals interested in an initial consultation regarding an immigration matter can apply:

-Online using the Consultation Request Form
-Call the office and request an application be mailed
-Walk in and pick up an application

The request will be reviewed within two weeks of received. Does not provide any legal advice by telephone or email.
FEES: $50 screening fee
DOCUMENTS: None required at intake
LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, interpretation by arrangement
