INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Call and leave a message with first and last name, a working phone
number, and utility company to request an appointment when the line
is open. Appointments are scheduled on a first call, first serve
basis; no priority status for clients whose service has been
disconnected. The goal is for phone messages to be returned within
five business days. The agency is unable to guarantee same day
appointments.

-Current utility bill in applicant's name
-Identification for everyone 18 years and older
-Social Security cards or numbers for all people in the household
-Current benefit letter for anyone getting social security
-Income verification for the last 30 days for household members over 18 years old
-If receiving SSI, Social Security award letter must be for the current year (no bank statements)
