Crisis counselors provide support for issues such as abuse, anger, anxiety, bullying, coping skills, dating and break-ups, depression, eating disorders, grief, parenting and relationship problems, self-esteem, self-injury, school, stress, suicide, and self-care. Offers a mobile app with a mood journal to track feelings in writing or emojis and get tips on how to identify triggers or deal with stressful situations.
