Eligibility:
Pregnant individuals and families with infants and children ages
0-3. Families with incomes at or below 130% FPL are eligible.
Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from
families receiving public assistance (Temporary Assistance for
Needy Families (TANF), SNAP or Supplemental Security Income (SSI))
are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes and
specific needs, may also be eligible. Families with higher needs
are prioritized.

Full-day child care services requires a state subsidy or out of
pocket payment. Part-day services are at no cost to eligible
families.
