TAKE CHARGE
Take Charge is a family planning program. Services may include: a one year supply of your choice of birth control and/or emergency contraception. Pap smears, pelvic exams, and limited STD/STI screening and treatment may be offered as part of the contraceptive service. Some clinics offer low-cost vasectomies.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and to schedule an appointment. Limited walk-ins available.
FEES: Free for those with income below 260% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
DOCUMENTS: Social security number and proof of citizenship.
