INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call to schedule appointment. Same day appointments may be available for very sick children.
FEES: Accepts OHP. No sliding scale fees offered, but uninsured patients may receive a 25% discount for visit if paid at time of service. Children's immunizations are free; however, there is a $15 administration fee. Complimentary "get acquainted" visit with pediatrician.
