LOW INCOME COMMUNITY SOLAR
Offers monthly credits to electric bill with a discounted subscription to the Oregon Community Solar Program. Designed to expand solar access and lower utility costs for low-income families and individuals. The subscription to a solar "farm" allows access to solar energy for people who don't have the physical space or financial resources for a solar installation, people who live in condos or apartments, and people who rent or move around a lot.

Eligibility: Residential customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, or Idaho Power with an active account in their name and service address where they live. Must meet income requirements.
