INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in; Detoxification beds available until filled
FEES: Varies by service - Public contracts for those who are eligible, Washington Apple Health (does accept Oregon Family Care), most major private insurances, sliding scale fee. No charge for Washington State residents utilizing the Sobering Unit.
DOCUMENTS: Proof of insurance, Proof of income, Photo ID
LANGUAGES: English, American Sign Language (interpretation or signing by arrangement), all other languages by interpretation.
AREA SERVED: State of Washington and Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties
SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm
