OCC HOTLINE
Provides a support line for Chinese community members in crisis situations, including being a victim of a crime, being lost in the streets, receiving an eviction notice, experiencing depression and needing to talk with someone, or needing interpretation services. The support line is for urgent situations only. In most cases, the support will be provided remotely.
Eligibility: Chinese community members in crisis or urgent situations
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, though service hours may vary based on volunteer availability
