MULTNOMAH COUNTY - COURT-ORDERED EVICTION PREVENTION PROGRAM
Provides legal assistance around eviction prevention for households with a court-dated eviction notice AND have a future court appearance date.

Assistance is not guaranteed, is on a case-by-case basis. May be referred to financial assistance if available.

There may be a waitlist and assistance is not same day or immediate. Partnering agencies work to assist households as fast as possible.

Eligibility: To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
-The household has a COURT-ORDERED EVICTION NOTICE for non-payment of rent WITH A DATE TO APPEAR IN COURT LISTED ON THE NOTICE (must not have already appeared in court)
-Reside in Multnomah County
